About
“‘Tis a fearful thing to love what death can touch.”
– JUDAH HALEVI
Our Mission
Helping you to adjust to your loss through individual counseling, support groups, and workshops.
Everyone’s loss and grief is unique, and yet loss and grief are universal human experiences. There is no one right way to grieve. No universal stages or timetables. No specific coping strategies that are effective for everyone. Yet most people who have experienced a significant loss, have much in common and are able to find ways to cope with their loss and able to reinvest in life.
We will find coping strategies that will work for you, positive ways to stay connected to your deceased loved one, and increase meaningful activity and interactions with others.
